Stefanie Joosten Playing The Female Character In Death Stranding?

Some of you might remember Stefanie Joosten, who played Quite in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, and she might be in Death Stranding too.

Internet almost melted after the reveal of the trailer for Hideo Kojima’s upcoming Death Stranding at Game Awards 2016. Since the reveal, fans have been discussing the game and speculating what the game could be.

Both trailers have one thing in common that both of them showcase the male characters but Hideo Kojima himself confirmed during the PlayStation Experience panel that Death Standing will definitely feature female character. However, he did not specify anything about the female character.

Some of you might remember Stefanie Joosten who played Quiet in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. As I mentioned earlier Kojima has confirmed the female character for the game. We have a reason to believe that the female character will be played by Stefanie Joosten.

During the PlayStation Experience panel, Kojima confirmed that Guerrilla Games and Kojima Productions are collaborating with each other to develop their respective games. Death Stranding will be using the same game engine, DECIMA, as the Horizon Zero Dawn.

Kojima Productions have also a satellite studio in Guerrilla Games headquarters in Amsterdam and Stefanie Joosten recently visited the studio which she posted on her Twitter account. It seems more than just a mere coincidence that the actress visited the studio.

We think she might have visited the studio for motion capture sessions for the game or atleast Kojima might have considered her for the role.

However, this is just speculation and we will know for sure when Kojima himself confirms it or reveals this unknown female character.

No release date has been announced for Death Stranding, but Hideo Kojima has hinted that the game will launch in 2018 exclusively for PlayStation 4.
