#2 Mafia 3 30 FPS Input Lag Fix
Capped FPS (at 30) is presenting issues to some users. One of the issues is the input lag. You can fix it by forcing Fast sync option from Nvidia Control panel. After making the changes, restart the game and you should be able to feel the difference. If that doesn’t help, you should try disabling Vsync.

If you are a Windows 8 user, there is a possibility that your game might crash on startup. If that’s the case, you should make sure that there are no pending updates left for your operating system. You can find the details here.

You just need to install your pending windows updates. Update, restart and the problem should be fixed.
