Death Stranding Release Date is Finalized? Hideo Kojima Already Has a Timeline

Death Stranding release date is something we do not expect anytime soon. The game is believed to be very early in development but it looks like Mr. Hideo Kojima already knows when will the game hit PlayStation 4.

Speaking with YongYea, Ryan Karazija, revealed that he met with Hideo Kojima regarding “I’ll keep coming” and during his meeting Hideo Kojima mentioned that he already knows when the game will release. In fact, he told Ryan about Death Stranding release date or release window.

Unfortunately, Ryan could not share those details with us.

There already is a planned release date for Death Stranding but whether it is finalized or just a tentative window is unknown. Death Stranding release date may or may not change during its development process but it is safe to say that we won’t be seeing it for at least a couple of years.

Death Stranding should release around 2018 or 2019.

Hideo Kojima had been blamed for taking too long to finish his projects. It seems Kojima wants to rid this notion with Death Stranding.

The game was announced at E3 2016 and is being developed in partnership with Sony. Featuring Norman Reedus in the lead role, Death Stranding is Hideo Kojima’s first project after leaving Konami last year. We were not expecting to see the game at E3 2016 but we did and now we know that Kojima Productions already has a timeline for its release.

It seems development is going according to plan and we hope that remains the case throughout.
