The upcoming expansion of The Witcher III: Wild Hunt, Blood and Wine, will bring characters that fans already know from books.
During PAX Australia 2015; The Witcher III narrative designer, Mateusz Tomaskiewicz confirmed that fans can expect to see some familiar characters they’ve already read about in the books.
While we didn’t receive any names, but since Blood and Wine will be set in Touissant, there are good chances that we might come across Fringilla, or Anna Henrietta in some capacity since the expansion got to have some romantic interactions.

The first expansion of The Witcher III: Wild Hunt, Hearts of Stone, is now available on PC, Playstation 4, and Xbox One –- it chronicles the journey of Geralt of Rivia, a nobleman named Olgierd von Everce, and a returning character from the base game.
The expansion takes the players to lands far far away and lives up to the expectation of every Witcher fans out there!
