Okay so we know that Germany is among those few countries that are somewhat allergic to games that feature a lot of violence (at least their censor board is) and they have shown it a number of times in the past. However, in the case of Fallout 4, they are allowing the uncut version to be released in the country.
The news was confirmed by the official German Facebook page of the series where they posted an image of the box art with the rating on it and the description that boasts you will get 100 percent uncensored game in the region.
This comes as a slight surprise to us specially after seeing how the game has recently been rated for strong violence and moderate sexual content by the Australian Classification Board.
However, it could mean two things; either the German censorship policies have cut some slack to Fallout 4 or that the game itself doesn’t have that much of a violent content. The latter can be true because the Australian Classification Board is also pretty serious about the content being published.
Anyhow, it is good news for the German fans of the game because now they can stop worrying about scenes being cut and enjoy the exact same Fallout 4 as the rest of the world will when it releases on November 10.
