Call of Duty Mobile Best Settings Guide

Not having a great Call of Duty mobile experience? your settings might be an issue so why not check out this guide to boost performance

Call of Duty Mobile is a very competitive game. If you have a low frame rate or lag spikes, it will be very hard for you to continuously secure victories. If you have old hardware, the game might not run smoothly on the default settings. To attain a high, stable frame rate, you must tweak the settings to achieve the best possible performance in Call of Duty Mobile.

In this guide, we’ll show you how to do that without completely sacrificing the graphical quality of the game. Furthermore, we’ll walk you through the best overall settings in CoD Mobile to set you up to have better and easier fighting experience.

Call of Duty Mobile Best Settings

To start off, let’s boost your frame rate so even if you don’t have a top of the line mobile you can still get a decent experience from the game.

Increase Frame Rate
This may seem like a very obvious tip, but you would be surprised how many new players don’t know about this. Call of Duty Mobile allows you to set a frame limit. The higher you set this limit, the better it will be for you.

Go to the settings, in the Audio and Graphics category, set the Frame Rate to high.

Decrease The FOV
FOV means your Field of View. It governs how wide the image you see is. The higher your FOV is, the wider the image gets, and the more textures your GPU has to render at a time.

You can decrease your FOV to boost your frame rate by a noticeable amount.

Developer Options
There are some hidden developer options in the game which allow you to tweak the graphical settings even more, to boost your fps further.

To unlock these developer options, go to Settings > About Mobile – or Tablet > then click on the Build number seven times and open the developer options. Once they are open, set the following settings.

  • Window animation scale: .5x
  • Transition animation scale: .5x
  • Animator duration scale: .5x
  • Enable 4x MSAA

Graphical Quality
If you tried the above tips and Call of Duty Mobile is still not running with high fps on your hardware, you must reduce the graphical quality to get the competitive edge. You also need to set the Graphic Style to standard and turn Depth of Field off.

Of course, the game will not look as great as it would on the highest quality, but as it is an extremely competitive game, your fps is much more significant than the graphics.

Though, one thing to keep in mind is that in Call of Duty Mobile, the difference between the graphical settings is not all that noticeable. Unlike some other games, the game will still look impressive on the lowest graphical quality.

But still the best graphics settings you can use are given below.

Graphic quality – Low

Frame rate – Max

Depth of field – Off

Bloom – Off

Real-time shadows – On

Ragdoll – Off

Anti-aliasing – Off

BR Mode graphic style – Dynamic
