Resident Evil 7 Mia Boss Battles
Study in the Guest House
Your first encounter with Mia is not incredibly difficult and is meant to get your grasp the game’s combat mechanics. Since the first encounter is pure hand-to-hand, you need to stay as close to Mia as possible.
The reason behind this is to bait her attacks and block them. The entire boss battle essentially revolves around blocking Mia’s attacks, landing your own, and repeating. After a short while, you should come out as victorious.
Attic
Before you engage in this section of the fight, you need to make sure that you have acquired the handgun from the table and have sufficient ammo to back you up. Once you have collected everything, you need to head to the attic in order to start the fight.
During the second encounter, Mia wields a chainsaw which can easily rip your apart if you are not careful enough. At this point, what you basically need to do is to put some distance between her and you.
In order to do so, quickly head down the ladder and avoid direct contact with her. While wielding the chainsaw, Mia will have reduced speed but it is better not to take any chances because she can quickly pounce on you.
In addition to this, it is also a good idea to put some objects in her path. By doing so, you will force her to destroy the objects before getting to you. This should give you ample time to maintain some distance and even land some well-placed headshots.
Coming to Mia’s weak points, you should always go for the headshots because they will allow you to stun her much quicker and end the battle. Body shots, on the other hand, take a whole lot longer. Finally, as mentioned earlier, you need to have ample ammo in order to come out as victorious in the battle.
