Iceborne Beginner’s Tips and Tricks
In the beginning, you are going to get into the tutorial campaign after creating your character. You will join the fifth fleet on an expedition to a new world of Astera.
Research commission will be tracking Dragons and other creatures that are so significant that their very existence affects the nature and there are four fleets gone before you.
You are a part of Hunter’s Guild, their purpose is to rebuild and balance the nature and there are some creatures that if not kept under control can disturb the balance of nature.
Now at the start, you will be asked to choose a weapon, you can choose any you want because it will not be a permanent choice and during the game, if you feel that this weapon is not for you, you can always change it.

One more thing is that you should always have the best equipment possible and always keep your armor upgraded to the max. Also, take on the bounties between quests to get multiple rewards to upgrade your gear even faster. Upgraded gear is going to be your best chance against some of the fierce monsters.
Prepare for Iceborne
Well technically, getting to the Iceborne is not going to be that difficult. You just have to reach the Hunter level 16 and also in the main monster hunter world, complete the main story path which is quite straightforward and there is not much to worry about in this regard.
To get to Iceborne expansion as quickly as possible, your first priority should be doing this basic stuff and getting to required hunter level. Well, reaching for the expansion and being prepared for it are two totally different things.
You will get two new mantles while going for the new Monster Hunter: World expansion. They are specifically prepared for the Iceborne expansion. As the theme for this world is going to be Ice related so most of the enhanced monsters are going to have some special ice-related strengths.
So the Iceproof mantle is going to reduce the ice damage and help you while you’re being attacked by an ice creature and it will also reduce the effect of Iceblight which can catch you in a bad condition and can take a heavy toll on your health.
While the Temporal Mantle is going to reduce the damage in general for you. So these two mantles are going to be critical for your Iceborne journey.
Now you will face the challenge if these tempered monsters whose abilities are enhanced for some special effect like Ice. But these monsters also give you some special and very rare rewards that will help you upgrade your gear to even higher than the maximum level which is going to be a big boost.
