Halo 5 To Be Projected on a 20,000 Square Foot Aerial Screen In Australia

Halo 5 is going to be played on a 20,000 square foot aerial screen over Sydney skies. One lucky gamers will get to enjoy it from the helicopter.

Halo 5 is less than a week away from release on Xbox One. To promote their biggest game of the year, Microsoft and 343i has come up with a very unique idea.

The first 10 minutes of Halo 5 are going to be projected in the sky, a 20,000 square foot screen will be flying over Sydney on October 26. The screen will move from northern suburbs to the eastern beaches of Sydney.

According to a statement made by Jeremy Hinton, Business Group Lead for Interactive Entertainment at Microsoft in Australia:

Halo 5: Guardians headlines the greatest games line-up in Xbox history, and we are incredibly excited to celebrate its launch with our fans in such a unique way. Be sure to look to the skies this Monday evening to witness history being made

While the rest of us will have to enjoy the footage from below. One lucky Halo fan will take a ride in a helicopter to see the footage from the skies.

Halo 5: Guardians will release exclusively on Xbox One on October 27. The game is available for preorder in Australia for $99.95.
