The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild Majora’s Mask Location Guide is here to help you find this headgear featured in the game’s Master Trials DLC. This eerie mask passed down from ancient times and is one of a kind. Although this rare mask has a base defense rating of 1, equipping it allows Link to blend with certain enemies and avoid being attacked.
In this guide, we’ve detailed everything you need to know about finding Majora’s Mask. Before we start, do note that you cannot dye the mask and cannot upgrade it by the Great Fairy Fountains.

Zelda: Breath of the Wild Majora’s Mask Location
Acquiring the DLC Side-Quest
The first thing that you need to do is to head over to the Outpost Ruins in Central Hyrule and find a journal left by Misko the Bandit. This journal should guide you to the area that houses the Majora’s Mask.
Heading to Lake Kolomo
With the journal at your disposal, you need to head over to the Kolomo Garrison Ruins at the edge of Lake Kolomo in Central Hyrule. In order to get to the area, head north from the Great Plateau Tower.
Finding the Treasure Chest
Once you’re in the area, proceed towards the rubble on the left side of the entrance to the Kolomo Garrison Ruins and use the Magnesis Rune to pull the Treasure Chest out. Now all that remains is to open up the chest and claim the mask.
