With Uncapped FPS and 4K Support, Need for Speed PC Version to Release on March 17

EA has announced that the PC version of Need for Speed reboot will release in North America on Mar. 15, 2016 and on Mar. 17, 2016 worldwide.

Need for Speed PC version will not only support 4K resolution, but also uncapped FPS, and all the tweaks and improvements developers have made until now.

According to Ghost and EA, the additional development time enabled developers to create the definitive NFS PC experience which includes Manual Transmission and supports numerous steering wheels:

With the release on PC we’re also adding steering wheel support for a selection of wheels from LogiTech, ThrustMaster and Fanatec. As with Manual Transmission this is a decision taken based purely on Community feedback. We’re dedicated to bringing you the best Need for Speed experience possible and your feedback has been playing a huge role in that.

EA has also announced that Manual Transmission will also roll out for Playstation 4 and Xbox One soon.

Lastly, players can pre-order the game to get the BMW M3 E46 as a bonus and Origin Access Members can play the game for a while starting Mar. 10, 2016.
