The Upcoming Razer Smartphone Will Be Announced On November 1st 2017

There have been a lot of rumors regarding the upcoming Razer smartphone and the CEO of the company made it official recently that they were indeed working on a mobile device and that the announcement will be before the end of the year. Now the company has tweeted that the upcoming Razer smartphone will be announced on November 1st.

In about 2 weeks time we should know all there is to know about the Razer smartphone. We talked about how Razer is in the gaming business and how the companies products are targetted at hardcore gamers. Razer has introduced mobile gaming devices in the past but they were not very successful.

Min-Liang Tan, CEO and co-founder of Razer, did not use the word smartphone when he confirmed that the company was working on a mobile device so it is possible that Razor is working on a Nintendo Switch competitor instead of a smartphone. According to Tan:

“One of the most hotly rumored things about Razer is that we’re coming up with a mobile device and I can say that we are coming up with a mobile device specifically geared toward gamers and entertainment.”

A gaming related smartphone is something hard to pull off but if there is anyone in the business that is able to pull it off then it should be Razer as the company has been in the industry for some time now and has introduced quality products in the market. A Razer Xbox One controller was also launched recently with RGB lighting, you can check it out here.

The Razer Basilisk gaming mouse also came out recently and it features an Esports-grade optical sensor for ultimate accuracy. You can check it out here.

Let us know what kind of features you expect to see from the upcoming Razer smartphone and whether or not you are interested in buying one.
