Jak and Daxter Reference
There is a Strange Relic that you can find in Chapter 4. It’s a reference to the Jak and Dexter series. You will find it after climbing down the cylindrical waterway in Chapter 4, climb the pipe directly to the right of the platform to a grate at the top. Get the Precursor Orb (Strange Relic) to unlock the Relic Finder Trophy.

Uncharted 2 Easter Egg
The Marco Solo trophy in Uncharted 3 is a reference to pool horseplay in Uncharted 2.

Arrested Development Reference
Ramses’ ship is referred to as The Seaward, in Chapter 12. This is clearly a reference to Arrested Development since Gob had a boat with the exact name.

LittleBigPlanet Easter Egg
When interacting with Cloe, a Sackboy doll (from LittleBigPlanet) is seen on the forepart window of the bus when the gang takes a bus ride at the end of Chapter 9.

After the “Incident” once the group have set foot into the second narrow passageway at the start of chapter 9, Charlie comments a quote from John Steinbeck’s “Of Mice and Men,” saying: “Next you’ll be standing behind me with a gun, telling me about the rabbits.”

The Waste Land Reference
When Drake is lost in the desert and goes under a red rock, the voice of Marlowe can clearly be heard reading the second stanza from T.S. Eliot’s modernist poem, “The Waste Land” which is: “Only there is shadow under this red rock,”

The Last of Us  and The Guardian Reference
There’s a newspaper close to a dartboard; which you can see after the bar fight at the start of the game. The newspaper contains the headline about the struggle of scientists of knowing the new plague of fungus. This news is a reference to Naughty Dog’s title, “The Last of Us”. Also, there’s another reference in the newspaper. The design and title of it refers to a well-known British newspaper The Guardian.

Star Wars Easter Egg 
Once the hidden map is found in Chapter 5, the enemies show up and Charlie screams on top of his lungs “It’s a trap!”. This is a reference to Admiral Ackbar famous line in Return of The Jedi.

Keep Britain Tidy Reference
You can easily spot this reference as it is at the North Atwood station in chapter 5 “London Underground”. There are many posters at the station, one of them is a reference to Keep Britain Tidy campaign, “Keep London Tidy”.
