Titanfall 2 Pre-Order Boxes Appear on GameStop; Official Reveal Coming Soon?

While there is no doubt that Respawn’s Titanfall 2 reveal is imminent; it might happen sooner rather than later.

GameStop and several online retailers have put up pre-order boxes and listings for Titanfall 2. The image of retail pre-order boxes can be seen attached after the break:

As mentioned earlier, aside from GameStop; various online retailers including Amazon UK, GameStop UK, and GameWare have also put up online listings of the game.

A couple of weeks ago, Titanfall 2 was subjected to a major leak; according to which Electronic Arts will formally reveal the game during EA Play on Jun. 12, 2016 and the game will release sometime in Fall 2016.

Aside from this, EA’s CEO Andrew Wilson also confirmed that the game will be multiplatform and that he has personally seen the game and it is coming along nicely. Moreover, the studio’s Lead Writer Jesse Stern has also confirmed that the game will incorporate a singleplayer mode:

Rather than taking a traditional sci-fi approach to that we wanted to look at how that would happen practically, what the ships would look like and with machines that were designed for excavation and construction, demolition and working the land, and what happens when they are turned into instruments of war.

While an official reveal is yet to happen, it is safe to assume that Titanfall 2 will release on PC, Playstation 4, and Xbox One, although the GameStop pre-order boxes are placed in Playstation 3 section.
