The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine ‘The Man from Cintra Quest Guide

We have had blood and we have had wine, however Blood and Wine Quest The Man from Cintra takes you to a proper party… sadly not just for drinking irresponsibly and getting Geralt a hangover.

After all the fun you want to have, there is going to be a dead body you need to look into.

The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine The Man from Cintra Quest Walkthrough

After the last quest has ended, you will be attacked by mercenaries who have a contract on Geralt, in the streets of Beauclair. With the help of the guards you can kill them and loot them.

Now, head to the automatically selected waypoint to the tailor so that you can put on some good clothes, and get some minor loot from the tailor’s place. Purchase the Elegant Beauclair Doublet, Boots and Trousers.

After this, you head to the location where a party of sorts is being held. There will be a cutscene after which you should talk to the man on the door and enter.

In there you can drink absinthe, throw paint balls at the canvas, draw things on it, pull the mimes’ rope, eat lots of food, drink lots of wine, get some loot, and/or see what you can do with the dark lantern in the balcony.

Once you are bored, look for alcoves on the northern end of the place enter them one by one to trigger a cutscene. When the cutscene is over, go to the opposite side of the place and sense a heart shaped box on a refreshment table.

Use Witcher senses to follow the smell and take the door upstairs that is farthest from you.

Examine the body as well as the door of the balcony. Now you need to vault out to the railing of the balcony and head to an old ladder on the southern side. Take it and take the unlocked door as well.

There has been a fight here; examine the place, especially the floor near the window with blood, the painting next to the door, and the items of the table. Keep looking until you gather all the clues Geralt needs.

Once Geralt has all the clues, the duchess accompanied by Orianna will come to you for a conversation. Later down the line you can sympathize or be aggressive, although the quest will end only when the conversation is over.
