The Sims 4 Get Together Expansion Pushed Back to December

The ‘Get Together’ expansion for the life-simulation game, The Sims 4, will now release in December 2015; Electronic Arts has confirmed.

The said expansion was originally scheduled to release in November this year, but has been pushed back to December, as reported by the The Sims 4 official site:

Your enthusiasm and feedback inspired us to work even harder to make sure that this pack is everything it could be. So we’ve decided to take a little more time to work on the expansion pack.

According to the blogpost, the ‘Get Together’ expansion will now release on Dec. 8, 2015 in North America and a week later worldwide.

Speaking of this, the game’s producer, Grant Rodiek said that the studio is taking this time to further polish the game and make the entire experience bigger, better, and cooler for the community:

We’re taking this time to add more polish and depth into the core of The Sims 4 Get Together. We think this time will allow us to make the experience even bigger, better, and cooler. We’re working on some new items and features that we really think you’re going to love.

The Sims 4 ‘Get Together’ will allow players to try out a board game called ‘Don’t Wake the Llama!’, become a DJ, learn dancing skills, and create their very own clubs. For more information, head over to the game’s official website.
