The Division Xbox One X Enhanced Is Now Available Along With New Global Events

The highly anticipated Xbox One X enhanced edition of The Division is finally available to download. Not only does the new update 1.8.1 bring The Division Xbox One X Enhanced but also introduces 2 new global events and other interesting feats.

As Ubisoft announced on the game’s official website, apart from the 4K resolution, The Division Xbox One X Enhanced version doesn’t include anything more. However, two new Global Events are implemented now, Blackout and Onslaught. The first is scheduled to begin at the end of April, with the second due to launch at the end of May.

You can check the patch notes below:

  • Increased drop rate for Classified Gear
  • Legendary difficulty added for Amherst’s Apartment and Grand Central Station missions
  • More than 40 new commendations
  • Global Events offer new Classified Gear Set catches specific to each set
  • Legendary Missions have 20% chance to reward Classified Gear
  • Assignments provide more Division Tech
  • Season Pass supply drop awards 100 Division Tech
  • Bug fixes

This new update is just what fans need to stay active in The Division until its sequel comes. Massive Entertainment has confirmed that there will be a sequel to the Division, however, there are not that many details that have been released so far by the developers. Developers say that they are quite grateful for the support that they have received and are quite optimistic about their plans for The Division 2.

Don’t forget that playing the Division awards you with “Shields” which is the only type of reward that will move onto The Division 2. If you are considering investing your time into the sequel then you should already start gathering those.

If you are interested in knowing more about the game, then you can check about the things Ubisoft should avoid in Division 2 to be successful which you can take a look at here.
