The Division 2 Artifact Collectibles Locations Guide will help you locate all the Relic and Painting collectibles in Washington D.C. in TD2.
Division 2 features some Artifacts collectibles that can be found around Washington D.C. These Artifacts include 13 Relics, 13 Artworks, and 7 Founding Father Pictures. Collecting all of them will get you an Achievement and some Uplay Points.
The Division 2 Artifact Collectibles
The following are all the Relic and Paintings collectibles found inside the White House:
Relic – George Washington’s Battle Sword and Scabbard
The Artifact in the White House is located in the bushes on a dead body.
In order to find the dead body, exit the through the southeastern gate and explore the area to the left of the path. The dead body is found on the truck of one of the trees and the artifact is lying right next to it.
Painting – Portrait of Ginevra de’ Benci
Head into the accessible Supply Room at the Ellipse Fuel Depot Point. Before you can access that, you will have to liberate the area.
Liberate the area, enter the supply room, and you will find the painting in the room at the end of the corridor.
Founding Father – George Washington Portrait
Make your way to the church located at the corner of H St. NW and 16th St. Nw. Enter the church through the back-alley access and make your way to the living quarters where you will find the Painting.
The following are all the Relic and Paintings collectibles found inside the Downtown East:
Relic – Crystal Skull
Pull out the map to find the G St. NW. From the left end of the street, continue following it until you have crossed its intersection with the 14th St. NW.
A little way forward, you will encounter a hotdog stand on the left. There will be a dead body next to it and the skull is on it.
Painting – St. George and the Dragon
Enter the metro at the intersection of 12 St. NW and F St. NW. Follow the path until you have made it to an escalator. Climb the escalator and go straight ahead until you reach a store called HxC.
The painting is located in the small area left of the store, in the right corner, at the foot of the statue.
Painting – Hercules and the Nemean Lion
Head inside the Department of the United Mint and Treasury and go into the second room. There you will find the Painting leaning against a wall by the door.
The following are all the Relic and Paintings collectibles found inside the Federal Triangle:
Painting – Judith Leyster
Reach the Department of Justice located near the intersection of Pennsylvania Ave NW and 10th St. NW. On the opposite side of the road is an open doorway.
Enter the doorway and find the stairs. Move up the stairs and follow the corridor until you exit the building. There will be a ladder on the wall left of you.
Climb the ladder and head into an open window on the left and you will find the painting on the wall.
The following are all the Relic and Paintings collectibles found inside the East Mall:
Relic – Old Glory Flag
During “Rescue the Curators”, you will gain access to the Museum. Enter the Museum and continue with the quest until you reach the part where you rescue Deon Bailey.
In the room where you found Deon, head to the right you will enter another small room where you will find the flag leaning next to a crate.
Painting – The Fall of Phaeton
From the room, where you found the Old Flag Relic, enter the door on your right leading to some stairs going down. Go down the stairs into the entry and look left to find the Painting.
Painting – Rembrandt van Rijn
The Painting can be found in the park, leaning against the south side of a green building.
Painting – Benjamin Franklin Portrait
Make your way to the Contaminated Zone along the southwest edge of East Mall which is the USDA building. This is the area where you go during the Recover DC-62 research Side Mission.
Enter the USDA building and go through the window on your left. Exit the room and head down the hallway until you reach an elevator shaft. Go up the shaft and you will reach some offices where the Painting is located.
The following are all the Relic and Paintings collectibles found inside the Foggy Bottom:
Relic – Yamaki Pine
Head to the Truman Safe House. From there, make your way to the west until you find a hot dog cart.
Climb up the cart to a wall, move left along the wall, and look for a cube ban along the fence. Climb on top of the cube van and shoot the lock off the door below.
Once the door is unlocked, go through it and climb up the rope. Jump from the scaffolding into the backyard to find the Yamaki Pine there.
Founding Father – John Jay Portrait
Turn right from where you found cube van during the Yamaki Pine Relic search and go up into the parking lot. Head left into the alley.
Climb up the dumpster onto the awning and then down the ladder. Walk past the mural of the blue jellybean-looking thing and turn left.
The Portrait of John Jay is on the corner of the building right in front of you, across the parking lot, next to a blue cabinet.
The following are all the Relic and Paintings collectibles found inside the Southwest:
Painting – The Boston Massacre
Reach the building marked on the map above (image to be added soon). Enter it and make your way to the basement down the stairs, where you will find it lying on the floor surrounded by junk.
The following are all the Relic and Paintings collectibles found inside the Constitution Hall:
Painting – Watson and the Shark
Follow the map shown above and reach the building marked on it. Enter the building and head up to the second floor.
Go through the window on the southside of the building then interact with the door on the west end of the floor. This turns on the sprinkler system allowing you to go upstairs. Follow the upstairs hallway until you reach the Painting.
Painting – Thomas Jefferson Portrait
Head to the building southwest of the Haunted House Control Point in the Constitution Hall area. There you will find the law offices of Jones & Mitchell.
Enter the Law Office and make your way into the lobby. Head right towards the washroom and look on wall opposite the Men’s Restroom door to find Thomas Jefferson Portrait.
The following are all the Relic and Paintings collectibles found inside the Downtown West:
Painting – Woman Holding a Balance
Clear the World’s End Control Point in Downtown West. Once you have cleared it, head up the to the upper room of the building on the east side where you will find this Woman Holding a Balance.
Founding Father – John Adams Portrait
You will find the John Adams Portrait inside the lobby of a business consulting building in the Downtown West area. Head inside the main floor of the building and you should see it on a wall.

Founding Father – Alexander Hamilton Portrait
Enter the shanty in the West Potomac Park through the northside. Reach the room with a number of Alexander Hamilton items. You will find the Alexander Hamilton Portrait there too.
