Super Smash Bros Ultimate Wii Fit Trainer Guide – How to Play, Moves List, Counters

Wii Fit Trainer is back in the game along with all of the other characters that have been a part of the franchise. There have been quite a few changes to all of the characters that were a part of the game, and our Super Smash Bros Ultimate Wii Fit Trainer Guide will detail all of the changes that have been made to the Wii Fit Trainer.

Super Smash Bros Ultimate Wii Fit Trainer

Wii Fit Trainer was first introduced to the franchise in Super Smash Bros. 4. Since then, this character has had quite an underground following, despite not being a good character to have in the game. The Wii Fit Trainer is of medium weight category, and does not excel in any of the speed avenues. This, combined with her average moves, do not make her a particularly good pick.

Let us go ahead and take a look at how you can unlock Wii Fit Trainer, what her move sets are, and all of the alternate costumes that are available for use.

How to Unlock

You can unlock the Wii Fit Trainer in Super Smash Bros Ultimate through 3 different ways. You can go through the World of Light mode if you wish, or you can take on the Classic Mode. Lastly, you also have the Challenger Approaches fights.

In case you do not get the right Challenger Approaches fight, you can restart the game and head into a custom ruleset match with a time limit of 1. After the match is over, all you need to do is to return to the main menu and there will be a brand new Challenger Approaches fight waiting for you. Repeat this process until you get the fight that you want.

Move Set

For your standard smash that is performed by pressing the B button, you have the Sun Salutation. This move charges a ball of energy to launch it at the enemy and heal you. The side smash is known as a Header that heads a ball to the opponent to deal damage.

The Up Smash is called the Super Hoop that makes you gyrate into the air and strike opponents. It is also possible for you to stay in the air longer if you repeatedly tap the button. Your Down smash is called Deep breathing and it heals you as well as increase your movement speed.

Your Final smash is called Wii Fit in which you send an army of shadows that can push enemies off the stage. They might hit a single enemy multiple times. This move can be performed by pressing the B button once your FS meter is full.

Alternate Costumes

There are a total of 4 different outfits available for your trainer. They are blue, red, green, and yellow. On top of that, you also have 4 different variants in the same color for the male version of the Wii Fit trainer.
