You do have the cannon in Sea of Thieves, but that is not all! You also have access to four different weapons which can be used to attack the opponent individually. However, there are a lot of variants of these weapons which are quite different from one another aesthetically, and that is where this Sea of Thieves Weapons Guide comes in.

This Sea of Thieves Weapons Guide will not only tell you how the weapons differ from one another, but also how you can change them and what different variants of each weapon can you purchase.

Sea of Thieves Weapons

In order to change your weapons, you need to press Y. This will allow you to switch between the two different weapons that you are carrying. Of course, since you can only carry two weapons at a time, you can change which of the two you are carrying at any one time using the Armoury. The armoury can be found on your ship and near the Blacksmith’s shop. Now, let’s go ahead and take a look at the different weapons at your disposal and their different variants available to you.

Weapons and Variants

Here are the different weapons and their variants in Sea of Thieves.

Cutlass
This is the only melee weapon in the game. This is a sword with a lot of moves.
