Rumor: An Old WB Superman Game Popup Once Again, To Be Featured on Game Informer’s Cover Next Month

WB and Rocksteady games are one of the best at what they do when it comes gaming. They released games like Middle Earth Shadow of War, and Shadow of Mordor, as well as Batman Arkham series. They are rumored to be developing a new Batman game but over the past few years, there has been evidence that something related to Superman might be in the works.

Developing a Superman game is complicated due to how powerful he is. Balancing his abilities is next to impossible but if someone can do this, it is definitely WB and Rocksteady. For a long time, a certain image has been circulating the internet showing the presumably in development at Rocksteady. This time it came up on 4chan where it is being discussed that the game might be on the cover of next month’s GameInformer Magazine.

It is definitely not a credible source by any means but since it has been a long time Rocksteady brought us a new game, now it seems like the right time to show something, hence, we can speculate about things to comes.

Superman never had a decent game although Factor 5 was working on something for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 back in the day. The title was canceled but the game footage did make it to the internet, showing what could have been. It was an open-world game, where Superman would have been able to fly around and fight multiple Superman villains including Brainiac, Darkseid, and other DC Universe characters.
