While you are in the old house, you need to head over towards the only cassette recorder in the area and find the upgrade.

The second one is located inside the master bedroom which is up the stairs. However, in order to access the area, you must find the Serpent Key which is found in the area downstairs.

The third one is located in the old ship behind a locked door on the opposite end of the area from where you get the fuse. This door can only be opened with an unmissable item called the Corrosive. Once you have acquired the item, head back to the aforementioned area and get the upgrade.
