Rayman Legends Easter Eggs and References Guide

Rayman Legends has recently come out from Ubisoft Montpellier and is the sequel to 2011 highly successful Rayman Origins. It is a direct sequel, and is already being praised by various gaming websites and obtaining very good scores. It was supposed to be a Wii U exclusive, it’s been released on Windows, Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 as well.

Naturally, a good humored game like Legends would not be complete without some tongue-in-cheek humor and Easter eggs to go along with it. We here at SegmentNext have compiled a list of the kind of references you can find as you go along running, jumping and stomping through the levels.

Without further ado, here are the Easter Eggs. For more help on Rayman Legends, read our Lums Farming and Characters Unlock Guide.

Black Betty
During the Castle Rock level, all your actions and those of your enemies result in ‘Black Betty’ by Ram Jam being played.

Woo-Hoo
The Gloo-Gloo level is inspired by the classic song ‘Woo-Hoo’, which was used in the movie Kill Bill.

Eye of the Tiger
Play through the Mariachi Madness level and you’ll immediately recognize this iconic Rocky tune being played with Mariachi fanfare.

Splinter Cell Agents
You’ll recognize several of the toads that attack you in 1000 Lums Under The Sea through their rather distinctive headgear. Some of them are wearing the Tri-Lens nightvision goggles and stealth suits that are commonly associated with Sam Fisher.

Don’t forget to share if you come across any other Easter Egg.
