Our Pokemon Quest Expeditions Guide helps you be acquainted with all the information regarding the Expeditions in Pokemon Quest. See how the mechanism comes into play in the game and how you could maximize your loot and progression.

Pokemon Quest Expeditions

Expeditions are the main mechanism that plays into the progression and reward system of the game. As you explore the world, you will come across many Pokemon, and with them many opportunities to receive bonuses and rewards.

You take a team of 3 Pokemon and battle against the more challenging ones with the aim of filling up the Expedition Bar that you can see on the screen.

After completing 12 Expeditions, you will be able to see how it fills up and the potential bonuses you receive for your next Expedition. These bonuses usually come in the form of Power/Move Stones that increases your Health, Power, and other Stats.

Remember, regardless of how you perform in the next Expedition, whether successful or failing it, either way, the Expedition Bar will reset.

Starting An Expedition

To start an Expedition, choose from one of the available ones at a given time and simply tap one. These different levels are shown on a map that you can freely choose from.

Before you go on the Expedition, you can also check their difficulty level that is represented as an integer that, if higher than your team’s score, will be more difficult to deal with so you could come back later.

Remember, taking up Expeditions reduce the battery life so you will eventually have to wait up for it to recharge if you continually embark on Expeditions.

During Expeditions

Your team of Pokemon will track the wild Pokemon automatically and start attacking it. If you do not tap on them, they will continue to use their basic attacks.

Otherwise, you can perform special moves that come with their cooldown times but are much more effective. The Auto button will make sure that the Pokemon use the special attacks as soon as they are fully recharged.
