Netflix The Witcher TV Series Release Date is 97 Days Away

Netflix shared a Tweet in which is mentioned the number of days left in the release of some of its biggest properties. One of the releases this year is called The Witcher.

Based on The Witcher novels the Henry Cavill starter series is getting its season 1 this December. Netflix shared a post across its social media Facebook and Twitter which both has since been removed. The Witcher TV Series wrapped up filming back in May and has been in post-production without a release date.

The post reads:

The wait is almost over, *so many* nights sleep for these titles.

  • Marianne 2: 2

  • The Politician: 16

  • Peaky Blinders S5: 23

  • El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie:30

  • Toon S1+S2:37

  • Atypical:51

  • End of the fucking world S2:58

  • The Crown:67

  • The Witcher You S2:97

  • You S2: 110

97 days mean December 17, just a week before Christmas. The post’s removal further gives it credibility so we much thank Netflix Netherlands for revealing The Witcher TV Series release date.

Speaking of release dates, the accidental post also gives us a good idea of what’s planned for other Netflix shows. “You” has been a popular drama which ended on a cliffhanger in Season 1. The next season is rumored to be as explosive as the first season.

Another anticipated Netflix product is the upcoming The Breaking Bad movie.
