A new Power Rangers movie is in theaters right now and Microsoft has decided to celebrate the event releasing a Mighty Morphin Power Rangers Minecraft skin pack!
The Power Rangers Minecraft skin pack is now available for free on console, pocket and Windows 10, and it also comes with the skins for Rita Repulsa, Bulk and Skull.
Mike Fielder (one of the artist who worked on the skin pack) is extremely happy with the result:
As a teen I remember getting out of school, grabbing a snack and settling into the cartoon line-up. Part of that routine was watching Power Rangers. When I found out we would be working on a Minecraft version of some of the character line-up I was pretty excited and even more so when I found out Bulk and Skull would be included since they were my favourite characters. I had a blast creating Minecraft versions of these characters. I hope everyone who uses these skins has as much fun playing them as I did creating them.
Minecraft is one of the most popular video games in the world and just can’t stop having success.
Microsoft has announced, in fact, that the game has sold over 121 million copies on different platforms, with more than 55 million players online every month.
44 million were the users active in June, while the copies sold were over 100 million back then.
