Middle-earth: Shadow of War The Bright Lord

The Bright Lord is the final mission of the game and once you start it there is no turning back and you can’t even abandon the mission and the only thing you can do is restart it.

Also, once the mission is done you will be able to free roam the world but, you might not be able to complete some missions that you didn’t complete before starting this one.

With that out of the way lets start with our Shadow of War The Bright Lord Walkthrough.

As the mission starts you will have to face a large army and will have to fight your way across the bridge. You will be facing a lot of Orcs and a lot of Captains. I don’t think I need to tell you at this point but, it will be a big mess.

Try to keep your allies alive if you can as they will be very helpful in the next phase of the mission. The fight will go one, wave by wave and eventually, Nazgul Isildur will join the fight, however, he is not much of challenge on his own if your allies are alive.

Keep your focus on Isildur and only engage other orcs if they are in your way. Defeat the Nazgul and banish him.

After the cutscene, move ahead and capture the first point. Here the tactics of a siege will apply but, you won’t have an army to back you up.

However, the area itself will not be too well defended and you have the ability to call upon the undead soldiers.

You will have to fight Orcs and Nazgul to capture the area. Keep fighting until a prompt appears to capture the area and then move to the next point you need to capture.

Repeat the process as it will be similar to what you just did. Do that same for the third capture point and also for the fourth capture point.

Once all four points have been captured move to the waypoint. Here you will face the Witch King and the battle will consist of two phases.

The first phase if a standard Nazgul fight, Dodge its attacks them stun when prompted but, don’t go for any additional hits.

In the second phase, additional Nazgul will surround the area and as soon as multiple dodges prompts appear, press the button and dodge in whatever direction you may like. Keep fighting them until the Witch King has been banished.

Once he is banished, you will be playing as Celebrimbor and you will be fighting against “Sauron” himself. This Fight also takes place in two phases. The first phase of the battle is quite similar to a Nazgul fight and the only difference is that Sauron has a special attack that sends rings of flame spreading across the ground.

To avoid damage you need to dodge it on time and it’s tricky as you need to dodge a lot earlier than you think.

When enough damage has been dealt, the fight will go to the second phase as Sauron will armor up and his attacks will do more damage.

Run up to him and attack but, hit the prompt when it appears to dodge its attack as the damage will be tremendous.

Once enough damage has been dealt, he will sort of retreat and will return to his original form but, he will have even more powerful attacks and can teleport around.

When prompted dodge his attacks and then land some strikes. Repeat the process and he will be down and then banish him.
