Middle-earth: Shadow of War Branding Enemies Guide
In this Middle-earth: Shadow of War Branding Enemies Guide, we have detailed everything you need to know about branding enemies in the game.
Middle-earth: Shadow of War branding tips and tricks
Regenerating Health
When you drain and dominate enemies, your health is regenerated. You can find a lone orc and heal yourself this way when you are low on HP.
Stealth Brand
You have the ability to brand your enemies while you are hiding. An example of this is that you can brand archers around a captain that you are planning on facing while stealthed so that they attack the captain instead of you. Use this mechanic to make fights easier and add an element of surprise.
Passive effects
It is best to remember that branded enemies will not attack their allies unless you press the required button. However dominated orcs will always start attacking your enemies if you start the fight.
Beasts
Beasts can also be dominated. They not only attack enemies but also can provide a mount for Talion. This means that there are multiple ways in which you can fight your enemies and utilize special abilities of the beasts such as Graugs who can ravish orcs and defeat captains with ease.
Quick Domination
When you learn the drain skill, you can dominate orcs instantly if you have your Might fully charged. This will allow you to turn the tide of the battle very quickly and heal yourself instantaneously.
Captains
After you have played the game for a while, you will unlock the ability to brand captains. This will be very useful as you will be able to use them in fortresses.
