Originally scheduled to release for the Wii U in fall of 2013, zombie survival game ‘How to Survive’ has finally been confirmed by publisher 505 Games to arrive on the Wii U consoles in 2014.
However, the game will not launch on Nintendo’s console with support for online multiplayer. Rather it will feature local multiplayer similar to that offered on other systems.
In ‘How to Survive’ players find themselves on a remote island off the coast of Columbia that is over running with zombies who want nothing better than chew off the limbs of any living being.
The only way players can survive in this mad-house is to fall back to the game’s survival guide and crafting system; that will help them find food and water, build shelter, craft weapons, and ultimately defend themselves from the undead.
How to Survive was released earlier in November for the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC.
