You can get your hands on the Lord of Wolves catalyst by finishing a match in the Gambit and Crucible playlists and from Strikes as well. You will find it as loot from the aforementioned activities.

However, first things first, in order for the Catalyst to drop, you need to actually own Lord of Wolves shotgun first. If you didn’t get it back during Year 2 of Destiny 2, you can hope for a random drop from activities or try to buy it from Xur every weekend.

As of right now, even the Lord of Wolves catalyst is also heavily reliant on RNG and you will have to get lucky with drops.
