The past Halo games in the series have always been full of Easter Eggs so we decided to prepare a Halo 4 Easter Eggs locations guide to help you find new ones.
Whether it may be a tribute room to all the developmental teams that helped in expanding the series or references to other Bungie games, Halo consistently has had a ton load of Easter Eggs in it.
This time around Halo 4 has not been developed by Bungie studios instead that responsibility has fallen on the shoulders of the team “343 Industrial.”
However, just like any other Halo game, Halo 4 also has Easter Eggs in it. The following guide will help you in finding these Easter Eggs. Now, note that to find most of these Easter Eggs, you will have to deviate from a little from the real path of the main game.
Halo 4 Easter Eggs Locations
Let’s not waste any more time and dive headfirst into our first Easter Egg.
Conan O’Brien Easter Egg
The famous late-night talk show host makes an appearance in the game…well sort of. You can find two marines voiced by him and his sidekick Andy Ritcher.
These two marines can be found in the corner of the massive hangar where the Pelican dropship that Commander Thomas Lasky arranged for Master Chief to fly is, right before the start of Mission six: The Shutdown.
Go near them to hear the funny exchange of dialogue between them. You can smack them with your melee attack to make them crack even more jokes.
Teabagging Hologram Easter Egg
If you have ever played the online multiplayer of any of the shooter games out there for more than five minutes, you probably know what “Teabagging” is.
For those of you who do not know, I’m not even gonna bother explaining it to you. Anyways you can get a hologram to Teabag someone after you have killed them. To do this, just simply spawn the Hologram over the dead body.
A lot of hilarious dancing Grunts can be found on the composer’s location. They like to dance a lot, but if you go near them; they will get angry and start shooting at you.
Red vs. Blue Easter Egg
In the fifth mission of the Spartan Ops (episode 1), there is an Easter Egg which involves shooting at a small radio to hear dialogues from Red vs. Blue characters.
The radio is situated above the barrier where you reach the ramp There are multiple radios; in chapter 2 and 3 as well.
Collector’s Edition Easter Egg
You can locate a copy of the collector’s edition of Halo 4 on Dawn. Well, if you did not buy the actual physical Collector’s Edition of Halo 4, this will have to do.
You can find 6 copies of Limited-Edition Halo 4 in the game. In the beginning of campaign, there are three copies lying on the floor near cryotubes number 6, 8 and 15. The other three are in the observation deck.
You will find one on the platform with the elite, another one is one level below that in front of the override panel and the last one is another level below, with the elite.
If you have found more Easter Eggs, please do share them in the comments section below.
