When Rockstar thought up Ill-Gotten Gains little did they know that the players would be enjoying it more than expected. With the GTA 5 Ill-Gotten Gains Part 2 DLC release, glitches were discovered that gave the players the chance to gain more money and items for doing very little.
While Rockstar are working to fix the bugs to disable these glitches, today it was found that the on Playstation 4 and Xbox One at least one of the glitches was still working. Here is how to do it.
For this glitch to work first you need a garage that has nine cars in it, an example of this is the Unit 2 Popular St. One of these cars should be a duplicate, Benefactor Panto is a good one.
The player should then follow these steps:
- Drive one of the duplicates out of the garage, then blow it up with a grenade, with you still in it.
- After the obvious death and respawn, steal another car and immediately call Mors Mutual Insurance. While the pop-up for this is open drive the stolen car to your garage door while holding the accelerator and brake at the same time.
- Then, quickly press X (Playstation 4) or A (Xbox One) after releasing the brake. If this was a success the insurance claim will go through with the duplicate car also in the garage.
The player should then head to the job lobby and buy ammo and grenades. Exit, go to the car that was detonated earlier, and drive out of the garage.
