But this time, world’s first gold plated gaming consoles are going be revealed in Dubai.
Jumbo electronics, one of Dubai’s largest electronics retailers is preparing to premier the world’s first Xbox and PS4 consoles made of gold at Games14 the biggest video game convention in the Middle East.
For gamers who have the luxury to buy everything special that comes out, this is a great proposition. Jumbo Electronics stated that the special consoles featuring a rose gold case created by renowned Italian jeweller Gatti will be available for purchase at the gaming convention.
“We are particularly excited to be launching the most unique and valuable gaming consoles in the world at Games14, specially created by Gatti. Available to both Xbox and PS4 fans, the high-end materials and exquisite detailing of the gold consoles make it a great collectible item for gamers who love luxury.”
The convention will start tomorrow and is expected to go on until September 13, Games14 is bringing together gaming industry giants like Microsoft and Sony, along with some UAE retailers to offer middle eastern gaming fans the opportunity to experience and learn more about industry.
The consoles will retail for a wicked $13,699 or Dh49,999. The standard PS4 and Xbox One (Kinect-less) versions sell for $399.
