Fortnite Mobile Update Adds Customisable HUD, Android Version And Voice Chat Coming This Summer

It’s been a while since Fortnite released on mobile and fans are really happy with the mobile port of the game. Fortnite is very popular on iOS and Epic games are looking forward to making Fortnite Mobile even better for its players.

Epic games recently posted on game’s official website, saying that Epic Games have been working on Fortnite Mobile to make the experience better, including a number of quality of life and performance improvements to the game.

First, they mentioned that they have been hearing from the fans thus they have added customizable HUD which is now available in the game which we can try right now. This customizable HUD will allow players to select what icons they want to see on the screen and remove one as they like.

Other than that they have also mentioned they are working on a voice chat feature which will allow us to talk to other players, on top of that we will be able to talk to players regardless of which platform they are on. You will also get options to mute yourself, unmute or mute everyone else in the party.

Epic has also mentioned that they are working on bringing improvements to the game and controls including autorun and better ways to fire.

We will also get smaller sized updates in the future. They are working on making patch sizes smaller and adding the ability to download the content in the background which will be great.

At the end finally, Epic games have mentioned that it’s targeting this summer for the release of Fortnite on Android devices by saying:

We are targeting this summer for the release. We know many of you are excited about this release, and we promise that when we have more information to share, you’ll hear it from us first.
