Family Zoo: The Story Tips and Tricks

Consult Your To-Do List Often

Everything that you need to do in the game is mentioned in your To-Do list. This is Family Zoo: The Story’s ‘Quest List’ and everything that you need to do in order to progress in the game is listed here. New tasks are added here automatically as you keep on completing the given tasks.

Check this list often especially when you are stuck in the story and do not know how to progress. The To-Do list will always list what you need to do in order to progress the game.

We recommend that you prioritize restoring enemy enclosures in the To-Do list, as they are the most important task to complete. If you do not want to do this then it is totally fine as well because eventually, you will complete all the tasks in the To-Do list anyway.

Focus on the Puzzle Objectives

When you are playing the Match 3 puzzles, you will be given a set of objectives that you must fulfill in order to succeed. If you ignore these objectives, you will fail the puzzle. You must keep your focus on these objectives and you must try to complete them as soon as possible before you run out of moves for the puzzles.

These objectives range from matching a specific type of fruit to exploding a certain number of boosters. Each objective must be completed in order to successfully complete that Match 3 puzzle.

Create Boosters Whenever Possible

During the Match 3 puzzles, you will be given only a set of moves and you will be required to complete that puzzle within those moves. To maximize efficiency and save moves, you must try to create as many boosters as you can by combining four or more fruits together.

Some boosters will go as soon as the fruits combine; other will require a tap from you before they can be initiated. You should try to create and use as many boosters possible.

They also help in clearing the objectives quickly. When you blow up a large number of tiles at the same time or match a large number of fruits together, chances are you will end up completing at least one objective. So try to make as many boosters as possible.

Charge Crazy Orange

Crazy Orange is a meter in the game that you can fill with crazy moves and skill. As you combine tiles together, this meter fills up slowly. To speed up this build, use skills and make boosters.

Using boosters give this meter a boost as well and it is quickly charged up. Now the real fun begins when this meter is all filled up. After this is filled up, tap any tile and all the tiles matching that fruit will vanish instantly. This is great for completing objectives.

Never Preserve your Lives

Each Match 3 puzzle requires a life and each puzzle you complete gives you tickets. These tickets are required to complete your tasks at the zoo. It does not matter in the start but as you progress through the game, a number of tickets required for completing tasks will get so high that you will be required to play a lot of Match 3 puzzles. That means using all your lives in a single sitting.

Preserving lives will not give you much use. You must use all your lives at the same time and then you can sit back and relax while you wait for lives to refill. During this time, you can use all the tickets earned and manage your zoo without the need of playing the puzzles in between repeatedly.
