If you want to earn Companion Barrel achievement or trophy in Duke Nukem Forever, you will need to unlock the secret closet at the end of the Forkstop. This guide will help you figure out how to earn the achievement and find this secret closet.
Duke Nukem Forever Companion Barrel
At the end of Forkstop Part 2, you will come across a forklift in a room with enemies. After defeating them, raise the forklift by just pushing some buttons on the station with the remote and forklift will be down on the ground, now get inside the forklift and take it to the right where a red light is.
Now lift the forks up and jump on the forklift and to another floor. There you will have to go to your right and then left and you go to the right and you will see a barrel with a heart on it. Lift up the barrel and go to the door on the other side of the room at the end of the level. This is the door you want to open so throw the barrel on the floor where there is a heart sign. Then the door will be opened and you will get the Companion Barrel achievement.
