The Festival of the Lost has finally arrived in Destiny 2, giving players the chance to participate in new events to earn exclusive rewards and get cool gear. Plus, you can also get some special titles and a seasonal Triumph. This new triumph in Destiny 2 Shadowkeep is called the Master of Disguise. Our guide contains all the information you need to know about this seasonal Triumph.
Destiny 2 Shadowkeep Master of Disguise Triumph
The first thing you need to do is to talk with Eva and buy the Masquerader’s Cowl for 100 glimmer to start your adventure in the Festival of the Lost. Once you have this mask, you can jump into the Haunted Forest whenever you want through your Director menu.
If you want to see the requirements for this Triumph, open your main inventory and go to the ‘Triumph’s tab on the toolbar above. From there, select the ‘Seasonal’ category and then click on the ‘Events’ option. The Master of Disguise Triumph will be the second option.
The main requirement of this Triumph is to collect five special masks. These masks will be handed to you by Eva, but you will have to give her some Chocolate Strange Coins to get them.
These coins can be earned by taking part in various events across Destiny 2 during Festival of the Lost. Do remember that you need to equip your Festival of the Lost mask to be able to collect these coins.
You can also pick up various Festival bounties to help you earn XP and other loot while you complete this triumph.
Upon first entering the Haunted Forest, go to the first platform and stand on it to charge it up and then make your way through the forest while killing enemies. Your progress bar increases with each kill so you will have some grinding to do here.
When the progress bar reaches the end, players will be teleported to a boss fight. Once the boss is defeated, they will repeat the process again.
The main objective of the Haunted Forest is to complete as many runs as you can within a 15-minute time frame for the best possible rewards at the end.
To get all the masks, you will need 150 Chocolate Strange Coins in total. The individual cost of each of the masks is as follows:
Hidden Swarm Mask – 10 Chocolate Strange Coins
Goblin Mask – 20 Chocolate Strange Coins
Mithrax Mask – 30 Chocolate Strange Coins
Opulent Calus Mask – 40 Chocolate Strange Coins
Drifter Mask – 50 Chocolate Strange Coins
Once you collect all the coins and purchase all five masks from Eva, you will now be able to purchase the Braytech Werewolf Auto Rifle, using 1000 Candy.
