Details regarding Destiny 2 raid story have been teased by the game’s project lead Mark Noseworthy. He said in a recent interview that the new Destiny 2 raid story will reveal details regarding the lore and history as well. Raids are a vital part of the Destiny franchise and now that the new game is coming to PC more people will be able to check it out.

Noseworthy was asked whether the Destiny 2 raid story will deliver as much history as compared to what fans are accustomed to in the previous game. He had a very positive reply and said that the fans can expect history and new things can be discovered as well. This is a tease but that does mean that there will be more to the Destiny 2 raid story than what we know of right now.

The original Destiny fans enjoyed a lot of history when it came to Vault of Glass and Noseworthy said the following about the  Destiny 2 raid story:

“Absolutely, yes. And we might have even more in store there, too, but we want to save some stuff for our players to discover. But there’s definitely a cool story around the Raid, and we think people will appreciate that, especially as they play it more and more.”

Destiny 1 was not known for the story but it is safe to say that when it came to Vault of Glass, players got a lot of history and lore out of the raid and that is one of the best parts of the game and hence the importance of raids in the 2nd installment of the game.

I checked out Destiny 2 Beta and found it to be a great experience on PC. This is one of the games that I will be buying this year.

Let us know what you think about Destiny 2 and whether or not you are going to buy the game.
