Destiny 2 Curse of Osiris Tree of Probabilities
Since we now know where the Infinite Tree map is located, we need to go and retrieve it. Return to mercury and head on over to the quest marker to begin. You will need to go into the Infinite Forest and fight hordes of enemies, so be prepared. Let’s take a step by step look at how to complete the quest.
As soon as the quest begins, you will need to kill a number of Cabal in between you and The Gateway. Fight them and keep on moving forward to enter the Infinite Forest, keep on fighting and you will get to the tower.
You will need to break the barrier before you can enter the tower. To do this, eliminate all of the Cabal around you and enter. Now the Cabal Attack Simulation will begin.
In the Cabal simulation, you will need to eliminate a lot of Cabal. Use your special if needed as there truly will be a lot of Cabal in the area. Now mount the sparrow and ignore the enemies until you reach an area where you need to dismount, the Atlas Grove area.
Now a full-scale assault will begin, fight them until you get to the boss fight. The boss known as Valus Thuun enters the scene by killing a Vex then goes after your Fireteam.
This boss has three phases; each with a different environment. The phases may be the same but are really deadly as they include laser shots which may cut your team in half.
Therefore, the best strategy for survival is to stay away from these lasers. Apart from the lasers, this boss fight is quite easy to survive. All you have to do is kill the summoned minions of Thuun that retreat him to the next arena. Follow him until you reach his last phase.
The first phase will be a straight-up fight in which you have to deal damage to Valus and kill the adds that come to help him. You will need to kill a Yellow Minotaur to enter Phase 2.
Phase two is exactly the same but has more adds. Repeat the same process as above to enter the last phase. Phase 3, quite surprisingly, is exactly the same, apart from the fact that this time you kill Thuun rather than make him retreat.
After defeating Thuun, go through the doorway and interact with the map to find out that you need more processing power and need to go to Nessus to get it.
