Cyberpunk 2077 Will See Digital Scapes and CD Projekt Red Joining Hands

Digital Scapes will be teaming up with Cyberpunk 2077 developers CD Projekt Red. They are looking for a healthy relation to grow over the years through working on this game. CD Projekt declared their partnership on Monday with the Canadian studio.

Meanwhile, the Studio Head at Digital Scapes Studios, Marcin Chady spoke about it. Marcin told about his expectations from this partnership with CD Projekt:

“We are both excited and honoured to work with CD Projekt Red. Their incredibly creative and accomplished team of developers have been pushing narrative-driven, role-playing games to unprecedented levels. We look forward to helping them create the very best video games on the planet.”

CD Projekt also welcomed Digital Scapes onto this adventure with high hopes. Michał Nowakowski, Senior Vice President of Business Development at CD Projekt Red said:

“Cyberpunk 2077 is our most ambitious project to date and we work hard every day to make it a creative and technological achievement. The Digital Scapes team brings aboard a lot of talent, experience, and technical knowledge, and I’m very confident our long-term cooperation will add plenty to the game.”

Digital Scapes has done commendable work on projects in the past as well. For instance, Company of Heroes, Warhammer 40,000, and Dying Light are some of their notable works. Moreover, this studio is here today due to the efforts of veterans from Bioware and Relic. So, Digital Scapes would be “creating and optimizing technological solutions” for development purposes.

Furthermore, Cyberpunk 2077 is going to be a game with optimization from the start. This means hardware wouldn’t limit the game’s capability. Moreover, the upcoming game’s development was also based on feedback.

So, the PCs or GPUs wouldn’t get overwhelmed from the role-playing game after all. Distributors have confirmed the release of the game for 2019 is most likely.
