Cyberpunk 2077 Will Not Allow You to Attack Children or Story Related NPCs

CD Projekt Red has confirmed that players will not be allowed to kill Children and story related NPCs in Cyberpunk 2077. But you can be agressive to others.

CD Projekt Red recently confirmed that players will not be allowed to attack children or story related NPCs in Cyberpunk 2077. This information by the developer was delivered to a fan, who asked if the players will be able to kill random people in the game or not.

Other than children and stroy NPCs, the developer did confirm that players will be able to be aggressive towards most of the people they meet in Night City. This was expected to happen because of CD Projekt Red’s previous game “The Witcher 3” also doesn’t allow players to attack children or story NPCs.

The non-violent move by CD Projekt shouldn’t bother anyone because who likes to kill Children in video games anyway. It’s morally unacceptable. However, we have seen quite a few games (mods) which let players do both of the above things. Of course, you can kill story NPCs in many games before but after that, they require you to restart the game in order to proceed further.

Same cannot be said about the multiplayer component of Cyberpunk 2077. That will different though as players might want to create female characters and in PvP, everyone will be equal. Still, while you will able to take out female characters, children are still out of picture.

As for violence, players should know that they will not be the only one with a gun in Night City. That’s because, Cyberpunk 2077 gun laws allow anyone in the city to own a gun due to the “frequent riots and the daily threats of violence in the city.

To stay alive, you need to look out for yourself… Even if that sometimes means turning a blind eye to the constant violence happening all around.

CD Projekt Red is finally revealing more and more information about the game before its release date. The developer recently released a bunch of new Cyberpunk 2077 screenshots for the fans to look at.

The latest screenshots provided by Famitsu shows us the image of Yaiba Kusanagi bike that the players will be able to ride in the game to travel in the Night City. Interested folks can check out the image of Yaiba Kusanagi bike below.

There’s still a lot that we need to learn about the game. CD Projekt Red has already hinted that we may see more Hollywood actors in the game aside from Keanu Reeves aka John Wick.

In a recent interview, CD Projekt Red spokesperson and UI coordinator Alvin Liu was asked about the appearance of other Hollywood actors in the game. Liu replied by saying that he can’t comment on that yet and advised everyone to wait.

With that said, we can expect to hear more about Cyberpunk 2077 NPCs and violence in the coming months before the game’s release next year.
