Pokemon Go is the most popular Pokemon game of all time and with the overwhelming positive reception of the game the devs are planning to add more features to the game. According to Niantic, it is planning to add Pokemon Go Pokestop customizations, more Pokemon, Pokemon Centers, and more.
Speaking at the San Diego Comic-Con 2016 Pokemon Go panel, Niantic’s John Hanke revealed that Niantic Labs is considering to add more Pokemon Go PokeStop customization, More Pokemon, trading, Pokemon Centers.
Hanke further said that there are only a certain amount of Pokemon available in Pokemon Go, however, in the future fans may see Pokemon in Pokemon Go beyond the first generation.
He also revealed that Pokemon Go trading is also in development, but it is not yet ready and neither they have nay planned release date for the Pokemon Go trading.
I’m sorry, I don’t have a date for you [for trading,]” Hanke said. “We’re working really hard to keep the servers up and running… It’s at the top of our priority list.
While adding Pokemon Centers is just an idea right now, but according to Hanke Niantic Labs is currently working on Pokemon Go PokeStop customization. Using PokeStop Customization players will be able to build up an area and use different items to change the functionality of the PokeStop.
In related news, Pokemon Go has broken the record for most downloaded app on the App Store. According to Apple Pokemon Go is downloaded more times in its first week than any other app in history.
Also a Pokemon Go player has already caught all 142 Pokemon. A reddit user shared an image of his Pokemon collection revealing all 142 Pokemon he manged to capture.
