Call of Duty Mobile beta is finally live in select countries after being announced back in March by Activision during GDC. To celebrate the occasion, Activision and Tencent have now released a new trailer of Call of Duty Mobile.
This beta is currently limited to Android devices only and for those users who pre-registered for Call of Duty Mobile through Google Play Store. Activision says that they will be doing testing of Call of Duty mobile throughout the summer. If the game’s beta hasn’t gone live in your region then don’t worry because it’s likely to go live sometime soon.
Call of Duty: Mobile is currently in early Alpha in select countries, and we are working to improve the game experience by continuously fixing bugs and adding additional content for players. We welcome any feedback during your experience to improve the game.
The description of the game was also updated recently, revealing that the game also features Competitive Ranked Mode and some Clan features.
Use your skills to rise to the top in competitive Ranked Mode, or win Clan in-game prizes as you play with friends.
In addition to this, the Google Play Store page of the game was also updated with new screenshots of the game alongside a new trailer.
As we reported earlier, this is the same version of Call of Duty mobile available in China. It’s developed by TIMI, which is a studio owned by Tencent.
The game was announced as a free to play entry in the franchise, allowing everyone to play Call of Duty on the go for the first time. COD: Mobile features multiple modes with fan-favorite maps from different Call of Duty games.
Players can choose to play as different iconic characters from previous games in Call of Duty series. A battle royale mode is also expected to arrive in the game after its launch later this year.
In order to be a part of Call of Duty Mobile beta, players can register through the game’s page on Google Store. The game’s file size is approximately 1.4GB and the developer suggests that 3GB RAM and 4GB of space is required for the game to run smoothly on Android devices. Those who can’t wait for the game to arrive can download Call of Duty Mobile Beta version from an APK file.
Call of Duty: Mobile will officially arrive on iOS and Android devices later this year.
