Players are apparently already finding Call of Duty WW2 glitches that they can use to escape the game’s levels, and it’s only on release day. While falling through geometry is something that’s often discovered in games, it’s not often heard of that glitches like that are found on launch day.
Apparently, so far they’ve already found ways to get out of the reach of zombies on the Final Reich maps, meaning that they can just breeze through waves over and over again as long as they can get to the spot and be able to stay there. However, various story levels have also been found to have bits where players can exit the geometry.
For instance, in the D-Day level (because there’s always a D-Day level in a World War 2 Call of Duty game), a Call of Duty WW2 glitch was discovered that there is a small bit of space that you can walk on that will cause you to fall out of the map. In order to access it, you have to clear out the enemies in the first bunker and turn left, then hop on a concrete barrier and inch past it. Do it successfully, and you’ll fall out of the level.
Other various glitches that can be used include an exploit on the Gustav Cannon multiplayer map, which allows you to also get out of the level. Yet other cheats have, as said above, allowed players to be able to be respawned outside of the map, rendering them immune to the zombies and being able to shoot them with impunity.
It’s likely that Sledgehammer will eventually fix a lot of these Call of Duty WW2 glitches, but until then you might be able to implement some of them yourself.
Call of Duty WW2 is now available on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, if you want to play it and try out some of these glitches yourself.
