Batman Arkham Knight PC Version: Warner Bros Takes Full Responsibility

Warner Bros. has taken full responsibility of the Batman Arkham Knight PC version fiasco, delayed Batgirl DLC, and promised review process changes.

Everyone knows the mess that Warner Bros. made with Batman Arkham Knight PC version and they have been bashed for it for a while now.

However, they have now apologized again and taken “full responsibility” of what went down.

We have heard the PC gaming community outcry of disappointment for the initial launch of Batman: Arkham Knight on PC. Again, we would like to apologize to you, the fans, and let you know that we are taking full responsibility for releasing a product that did not meet our quality standards, which is why we suspended sales of the game as soon as we understood the issues. The Batman: Arkham Knight fans are extremely important to us and our highest priority is ensuring PC users get the full, high quality experience of Batman: Arkham Knight they deserve.

They also added that Rocksteady Studios was working hard on the Batman Arkham Knight PC version and that once they are through with the fixes it will be meeting “a superior quality bar.”

Apparently, the messy release of the game has worked up everyone at Warner Bros. too which is why they want to “assure you that because of this latest launch, [Warner Bros.] are modifying the internal review process for all of [their] games.

Sadly, the changes that have been required to the PC version had an adverse impact on the timeline they were supposed to follow for the downloadable content pack releases and so Batman: Arkham Knight – Batgirl: A Matter of Family DLC has been delayed for an unannounced period.

Last but not the least, while this update didn’t provide the specifics of Batman Arkham Knight PC version’s state, you can expect more details on it later this week.
