Assassin’s Creed Odyssey New Details Revealed, New Skills Menu, Changes In Leap Of Faith And More

There have been various rumors and leaks right before Ubisoft’s E3 2018 conference, regarding Assassins Creed Odyssey, on how will the game be, or when will it releases. Then after seeing the E3 2018 gameplay video, fans have not been able to contain their enthusiasm. For those who have been digging up, in order to find out more on how some aspects of the gameplay will play out. You would be happy to now that, a new skills menu has been added and some really interesting changes in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey.

One thing is pretty much understood, that similar to its predecessors, Assassins Creed Odyssey cannot leave aside the leap of faith. Now as you may know that in the prior installments of the title, jumping off anything tall would mostly lead to certain death, unless you were able to land on something soft, like hay bales or water.

Although in Assassin’s Creed Odessy, falling will cause damage but will not be fatal. Ubisoft confirmed this in a recent blog post,

“And then there’s Leap of Faith, which now not only lets you perform a classic swan dive from high places, but protects you from dying if you take a bad fall. Upgrade the ability, and the Spear of Leonidas’ power will keep you from ever taking falling damage again.”

Furthermore, they are adding a new skills menu there, under the leap of faith ability and this time leap of faith ability will be unlocked from the start.

The leap of faith will be upgradable to level 20th, in order to negate all fall damage. That said, the somersault dive which has been there in the game, from its first sequel will be present in Assassin’s Creed Odyssey, so not everything has changed.

Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is scheduled to roll out on 5th of October 2018.
