How to Save Your Game in Stoneshard

As every step in Stoneshard is a brutally challenging one, you cannot afford losing your progress at any cost. Most of the players are finding it difficult and hence we have brought this guide to show you how to save your game in Stoneshard.

How to Save Your Game in Stoneshard

There are basically two methods of saving the game which are both meant for different modes of the game.

But before we get to them, let’s make it clear that there is no way of saving the game whenever or wherever you want to leave as there are no options for saving in the game menu.

You will have to follow a proper procedure for saving in each mode which is described ahead.

So the two methods of saving your progress in the game are:

  • Checkpoints Saving
  • Manual Saving

Checkpoint Saving
Though there is no way of saving your game during the tutorial of Stoneshard, but there are few checkpoints throughout the journey out of the Abbey.

You can locate these checkpoints whenever you want to save your progress and start from that very location the next time.

One of these checkpoints is located right before the fight against the Ascended Archon and another before the exploration of Abbey’s hallway begins.

Manual Saving
Remember when we talked about Modes in the second paragraph? The only way of manually saving the game is in the Adventure Mode.

In order to save your game in the adventure mode, all you need to do is to visit a Tavern, rent a room for either a day, a week, a month or as long as you want; and then sleep in there to save your game.

A good thing to consider while renting a room is that the longer you rent, cheaper will be the price.

It also grants you an additional benefit of piling up necessary loots in the room which is also saved along your progress and you can easily retrieve it.

Another question which might pop into your mind is that for how long would you have to sleep? The answer to this is that ‘at least half an hour’.

You may sleep longer than that but it only costs you your thirst and hunger which you might not want to lose.

So that’s pretty much everything you need to know about saving your game. If you still have any questions, reach out to us!
