Destiny 2 has received more details regarding Hotfix 188.8.131.52. This hotfix is now out on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. You will find that Destiny 2 Hotfix 184.108.40.206 will resolve a few known issues, including the EDZ Obelisk accessibility and Eververse waypoint notifications.
UPDATE: As you may know, this hotfix would have released on January 14, but has been delayed. Maintenance is over and Hotfix 220.127.116.11 is now finally available. The patch notes have also been released.
UPDATE: Bungie is having some issues. They have announced on Twitter that their planned release for Hotfix 18.104.22.168 has been delayed to a further date.
Due to an issue, Hotfix 22.214.171.124 will no longer be releasing on Tuesday, January 14. We will provide more updates as they become available.

- Fixed an issue where Wish-Ender’s Broadhead perk was dealing more damage than intended
- Equipping both a Fusion Rifle Scavenger mod and a Linear Fusion Scavenger mod will no longer cause Heavy ammo to be gained from Special ammo boxes
- Using Telesto with the Heavy Handed obelisk mod will no longer generate unintentional extra Special ammo
They have fixed the issue in Destiny 2 that would cause the EDZ Obelisk interact component to despawn.
They have fixed an issue that could cause the Sundial reward currency to be issued to players twice.
The Eververse waypoint notification has been disabled. The Season 9 Seasonal Starter Bundle will also no longer appear as owned for players who bought the Season 8 Seasonal Starter Bundle.
The Gunsmith weekly destination bounty will be re-enabled and properly rotate weekly (instead of daily) and Crucible daily bounties will now rotate daily.
