DayZ has received Update 1.09. You can now download this patch on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One. You will find that DayZ Update 1.09 is quite a small patch, as it only has two general fixes and a server fix. Something that stands out is that they fixed the issue when servers could get stuck in a loop trying to disconnect players.
Based on the mod developed for Arma 2, Bohemia immerses us in a survival game. The objective of the player is to look for weapons, medicines and water to not only survive, but also to end the hordes of violent enemies. The survival component is mixed with the online multiplayer in a title loaded with nonstop action. Below you will find the complete list of DayZ Update 1.09 patch notes.
- Fixed: A client crash
- Fixed: Character stats would not properly synchronise and update in the main menu
- Fixed: Servers could get stuck in a loop trying to disconnect players
In other news, recently the long-awaited Livonia DLC was released. According to Bohemia Interactive, it is a map that seeks to deliver a fresh experience to your survival game. It is worth mentioning that Livonia is a paid DLC. This map includes a lot of materials that anyone can use even if they have not bought the map.
The Livonia DLC was released with Update 1.07 of DayZ. If you did not know, a few other things have also been added like the fact that Xbox and PS4 players can now use their mouse and keyboard on the servers. The Vaiga, Blaze, Kolt 1911, and BK-43 are all now available in your weapons arsenal.
I remind you that Bohemia Interactive’s DayZ originally released December 16, 2013 and can be played on PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
