Route 9: Fishing: 30% chance to spawn a level 38-43 Wishiwashi.

Axew’s Eye: Fishing: 20% chance to spawn a level 35-40 Wishiwashi.

West Lake Axewell: Fishing: 5% chance to spawn a level 7-11 Wishiwashi.

East Lake Axewell: Fishing: 5% chance to spawn a level 8-12 Wishiwashi.

Uproar – This move makes the user attack for 3 turn, and stops sleep. It has 100 Acc and 80 Pow, and is unlocked at level 20.

Double Edge – This move gives the much greater attack power, at the cost of recoil damage. It has 100 Acc and 120 Pow, and is unlocked at level 48.

Wishiwashi TM and TR Moves
Wishiwashi has a very long list of TM and TR moves. Some powerful TM and TR moves are:

Whirlpool (TM36) – This move confines the opponent, and damages them for 4-5 turns. It has 85 Acc and 35 Pow.

Façade (TM39) – If the user is paralyzed, poisoned, or burned, this move increases Power by 2x. It has 100 Acc and 70 Pow.

Bulldoze (TM81) – This move decreases the opponent’s Speed. It has 100 Acc and 60 Pow.

Surf (TR04) – This move hits all Pokemon next to the target. It has 100 Acc and 90 Pow.

Iron Tail (TR31) – This move decreases the opponent’s Defense. It has 75 Acc and 100 Pow.

Muddy Water (TR45) – This move decreases the opponent’s Accuracy.

Liquidation (TR98) – This move makes the user smash into the target by using a powerful blast of water; and it also decreases the opponent’s Defense. It has 100 Acc and 85 Pow.

Wishiwashi Evolutions
Wishiwashi does not actually have an evolution. However, if his health is more than 25%, it shape-shifts into a new form, called the ‘School’ form. This form is very powerful as compared to the normal form, which Wishiwashi is in as long as his health is more than 25%.
